This product can be successfully used both as an anabolic and an antiproteolytic support before and after the workout, when the body needs an adequate amino acid substrate and more branched BCAAs; its special ratio of 2: 1: 1 can also be helpful in the context of a low-calorie diet, when glucogenic boost is needed to favor the energy performance.

In addition to the three branched amino acids with a double dose of leucine, this supplement has been reinforced with B6 vitamin, which is a powerful support to the normal amino acids metabolism.

BCAA L3 BEFORE WORKOUTS: HOW TO TAKE IT

Sebbene sia un semplice integratore di bcaa ramificati, sembra darmi uno spinta energizzante maggiore, rispetto agli altri, quando lo assumo nel pre workout
