MYOSTACK 2.0: GLUCOGENIC AMINO ACIDS CHARACTERISTICS

The most effective procedure for increasing strength, building lean tissue and enhance performances is undoubtedly the high intensity workout.

The stimulus induced by every intense training is a marked muscular catabolism that involves protein synthesis inhibition, causing in many cases an absence of results despite the hard training.

The glucogenetics are formed by a BCAA base, which is linked to three fundamental amino acids: alanine, glycine and glutamine.

Alanine and glycine are transformed into glucose instead of carbohydrates. The glucose is a very important sugar during exercise because it prevent the catabolism of Bcaa that will then be used for muscle building and repair and therefore not in the glucose conversion process.

The glutamine is the most abundant amino acid contained in the muscle tissue and it is known for its support effect to protein synthesis and its promoting at the same time the anti-catabolic process.

Taurine is a useful substance for imitating the insuline effects, encouraging the transport of nutrients from the bloodstream into the tissues in order to promote a more efficient metabolic use, and for its antiproteolytic action which is able to reduce the possibility that muscle tissues will be disrupted for glucogenic energy purposes.
