  • for the protidium part we are dealing with milk proteins and egg white. The mile proteins are a cow's milk derivative with a composition of caseins with 80% of protein fraction and 20% ​​of serum proteins (lactoglobulin and alpha-lactalbumin).   • for the energetic part there is maltodextrins and fructose. Maltodextrins are polymers that derive from starches hydrolysis process and are soluble in water and easily to digest.
