  • Maltodextrin, a complex carbohydrate extracted from corn. It is a macronutrient that is widely used in long-lasting sports. When high intensity needs to be maintained over a prolonged period of time, maltodextrins are an indispensable element for sustaining energy metabolism. From power sports, such as bodybuilding or powerlifting, to endurance activities such as cross-country skiing, cycling, marathon or triathlon, this ingredient stimulates energy performance and allows shorter recovery times.

  • Potassium, a simple mineral whose positive action on health and sports practice is unanimously recognized. It has an effect related to muscle neuro-excitability that results in contraction or even in the modulation of extracellular fluid levels that, for those who want to lift higher weights, is a considerable help in terms of lubrication of the joints.

  • Magnesium, useful in case of a reduced diet intake or an increased daily requirement, particularly after a prolonged training. It's alleged that this mineral plays an important role in the oxygen release to the muscle cells during sports activities. This peculiarity is regulated by the ratio between the erythrocyte levels of magnesium and 2,3 diphosphoglycerate. A deficiency can lead to phenomena such as asthenia, tremors, cramps, muscle weakness and convulsions.

  • Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid and L-ascorbic acid. It is a vitamin involved in many processes including the synthesis of the hydrolyzed collagen which is a protein that makes up the majority of connective tissues such as cartilages, tendons and ligaments.It is used in sports for its powerful antioxidant contrasting action of the radical molecules overproduction and for its power in prolonging the half-life of nitric oxide, a gaseous compound widely used by bodybuilders to promote the so-called "pumping".

  • Vitamin PP or B3, a key element for the normal functioning of the nervous system, for cellular respiration and for carbohydrates, proteins and lipids metabolism.   • Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine, which is an useful support for the amino acids metabolism. Sia per gusto che per supporto energetico è la migliore bibita energetica isotonica che abbia mai provato. L'aroma di arancia rossa è fresco e somiglia molto al gusto vero del frutto.

Il gusto all'arancia rossa è veramente gradevole e non stucca! in più devo dire che sorseggiandolo quando sono in bicicletta mi aiuta a rimanere lucido durante tutta la durata dell'attività fisica.
