Farmaenergy Carnitine 150 capsules of 400mg, by Biosalts laboratories, is a supplement with pure l-carnitine tartrate, a substance that is synthesized by the liver through the conversion of lysine and methionine. Carnitine plays an important role in lipid metabolism and triglyceride reduction.

Its main purpose is to promote the transport of long-chain fatty acids within the mitochondria, a place dedicated to the energy synthesis by means of a process known as lipid beta oxidation.

This supplement contains a high concentration of carnitine, as much as 400mg per capsule, just like 400g of beef or fish.

 

CARNITINE: HOW TO COADIZE SLIMMING

Carnitine is an active ingredient that is naturally synthesized by our body, however it's suggested to integrate it in cases of increased calories need and when the main nutrition purpose is to increase the available energy and lose weight with a low-calorie diet.

More specifically, it is a long chain fatty acid vehicle that, in the absence of carbohydrates, can stimulate the metabolism to reduce triglyceride levels and promote an increase of energy.

 

CARNITINE BENEFITS AND PROPERTIES

The benefits that can be gained from an additional use of carnitine are related to a general improvement in physical performance, thanks to an increase of the energy.

CARNITINE: CONDITIONS OF USE AND DOSAGE

Regarding the performance, studies showed that a higher intake of this nutrient (like more than 2 to 6g per day) does not result into any further positive effect on the performance.

Good results are instead found by assuming at most one gram of carnitine per day, then 2-3 capsules of Carnitine Farmaenergy, for a period not exceeding 28 days. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product should not be intended as a substitute for a good diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Bastano 3 capsule al mattino per darmi la giusta carica per non sentirmi stanco e portare a termine tutte le mansioni quotidiane. E' stata una piacevole sorpresa.

Voto 8 per questo supplemento di carnitina in compresse! Sebbene la sua formula sia uguale a quella di tanti altri integratori della medesima categoria, molti dei quali da me provati, questo di Farmaenergy sembra essere più efficaci in termini di spinta energetica durante l'allenamento. L'ho notato subito in quanto sto a dieta stretta (solo 800-1000kcal al giorno) e la forza rimane solitamente "sotto i tacchi".

Ho assunto negli anni svariati integratori di carnitina, ma nessuno mi ha fornito la spinta energetica in allenamento come questo. Mi è bastato assumerlo 1 volta per notare la differenza. Lo promuovo a pieni voti!

Solitamente quando sono a dieta non mi reggo letteralmente in piedi, invece, grazie alla carnitina, riesco a lavorare e ad allenarmi con la massima concentrazione. Devo dire che la spinta energizzante dell'integratore è veramente notevole!
