EASY MEAL: A NUTRIENT AND PROTEIN MEAL SUBSTITUTE

  • Isoleucine, a very important glucogenic amino acid for muscle protein synthesis that limits muscle catabolism for energetic purposes. It is able to synthesize glucose or ketones in case of prolonged fasting or low calorie and carbohydrate diets, thus creating a carbohydrates alternative energy substrate. It also promotes oxygenation as it is involved in the hemoglobin production;  

  • Ornitina Akg, an amino acid that promotes the elimination of ammonia and that can improve the sport performance especially in case of endurance activities. It also has a positive influence on the synthesis of important hormones such as insulin and Gh.

  • Taurine, even if it's generally included in the essential amino acids list, it can not be defined a true amino acids because it contains a sulfuric group instead of a carboxylic group. Among its peculiarities there is its ability to mimic the insulin effects in reducing blood sugar.

  • Citrulline, an amino acid that can act as a "scavenger" protecting us from the damaging effect of a free radicals huge production.

  • Arginine, an amino acid that has been classified as a conditionally essential. Among its most important biological functions there are: the glucose production in particular metabolic states (gluconeogenesis), the synthesis of new muscle and creatine proteins; the detoxification from nitrogenous residues, the stimulation of immune defenses and the production of nitric oxide and its vasodilator action.

  • Tryptophan, an amino acid that cannot be produced independently by the body and must be taken from exogenous sources such as food and specific supplements. It is basic nutrient in protein synthesis and also a key starting point for the niacin and serotonin synthesis which is very important 'cause the hormone of good humor can be transformed into melatonin, an essential substance for the circadian rhythms balance.

There are also carnitine, an amino acid that helps to combat the overwork and oxidative stress, choline, for normal liver function, and potassium, which is able to contribute to the normal nervous and muscle functioning.

Ho acquistato le precedenti confezioni sia in polvere che in bustine e mi sono trovata bene. Mi è stato consigliato dalla mia dottoressa di medicina estetica per integrarlo a una dieta chetogenica. Devo dire che sazia abbastanza. Proverò sicuramente anche questa nuova confezione

Dato che sono perennemente a dieta ne ho provati di pasti sostitutivi in polvere ma questo mi sembra migliore di tutti per digeribilità e gusto.. Lo consiglio vivamente!
