Omega 3 Plus 1,5 g 30 softgels by Farmaenergy is a dietary supplement based on omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids from fish oil titrated in 40% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and in 20% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). It is a product that can support the normal health conditions and whose physiological effect is carried out by taking 250 mg of EPA and DHA a day, which is a perfect dose for contributing to the normal functionality of the heart.
250mg of DHA a day help keeping the normal brain function and a normal visual acuity, while overall 2 grammes a day between EPA and DHA contribute to keep normal levels of triglycerides in the blood flow.
